After purchasing any product from Scentra, there is no return policy. All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and payment is received.
After successfully making payment, your product will be dispatched and delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering.
There will be no refund once payment has been made. We encourage buyers to review their order carefully before completing any purchase.
If the candle arrives broken from the packaging, the buyer must record an unboxing video at the time of opening — before removing the product from the box. Claims for broken items will only be accepted with valid unboxing video proof. No video = no claim.

If a candle melts before the stated burn time limit, Scentra is not responsible for this occurrence. The burn time is an estimate based on ideal usage conditions (draft-free environment, trimmed wick, 4-hour max burn sessions). No buyer may hold "Scentra" accountable for variations due to usage habits or environmental factors.
Buyers are free to purchase any item available in the Scentra shop as per their preference. There are no restrictions on which products a consumer may order.
Buy Scentra candles only from our official page. Purchasing from unauthorised sellers or duplicate sources will not be considered as genuine Scentra products. We bear no responsibility for quality, safety, or claims arising from duplicate purchases.
